1. Before you visit:

   • View our dining options and make your reservation OR buy your access ticket.   

2. On arrival:

   • If parking your own car, please follow the signs to Bujairi Parking.

   • If you wish to use our premium Valet Service, please follow the directions to the Valet Parking drop off.

   • If you are being chauffeured or dropped off by taxi, Uber or Careem, please proceed to the Bujairi drop-off location.

   • Proceed to your preferred destination experience - Bujairi Terrace or At-Turaif.

3. On departure:

   • Self-Parking - Return to Bujairi Parking and pay for parking at any of our ticket machines before returning to your vehicle. You will be asked to provide your license plate number to complete the payment.  

   • Valet - Return to Valet and present your valet ticket or valet QR code to retrieve your vehicle.

   • Driver pick-up - If you are being picked up by a driver, please return to the Bujairi drop-off location.

An access pass is required at all times to enter At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace. Visitors can book a restaurant via our integrated new website, which will automatically generate an Access Pass allowing the visitor to enter both At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace on the selected day of booking. Alternatively, visitors can select an Access Only Pass. Please note an Access Only Pass does not guarantee a restaurant reservation. Charges are fully redeemable at all restaurants and cafes across both At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace.
